Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB) early identified quality assurance as one of its key tasks, in which quality accreditation is an important stage of quality assurance activities. HUB has developed a systematic and synchronous roadmap and plan in quality assurance and prepared necessary and sufficient conditions in order to successfully ensure forms, assessment types, and educated accreditation.

HUB has achieved certain achievements in the construction and operation of the quality management system and the quality assurance and accreditation of education. Some achievements in internal and external quality assurance activities can be mentioned as follows:

1. HUB successfully carried out an external assessment and was granted a certificate of accreditation of the educational institution in December 2017. In 2023, HUB re-evaluated and was awarded the certificate of accreditation of educational institutions of second cycle for the period of 2023-2028.

2. HUB implemented the development of a quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015 standards and was evaluated and granted the provision certificate of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Academic Services according to ISO 9001: 2015 by AFNOR organization of the French Republic in July 2017. In December 2020, HUB re-evaluated the quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015 and was certified in January 2021.

3. HUB successfully carried out the external assessment and was granted a certificate of accreditation for training programs according to AUN-QA standards for two academic programs: Finance Program and Banking Program in May 2019. Following the success of these two academic programs that have been granted accreditation certificates according to AUN-QA standards, HUB has implemented self-assessment and assessment preparation in addition to four training programs under AUN-QA (03 bachelor programs in Accounting, International Economics, Business Administration and Master's Program in Banking and Finance) in March 2022.

4. HUB also successfully conducted evaluations of training programs according to the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) standards including: Bachelor of Banking and Finance (High quality program - partial English), Bachelor of Accounting (High quality program - partial English), Bachelor of Business Administration (High quality program - partial English), Bachelor of Economic Law, Bachelor of English Language, Bachelor of Management Information Systems, Master of Economic Law, Master of Business Administration.
