Obviously defined that, the faculty team serves as the most important resource for the Faculty to fulfill its missions in education, training, scientific research, and community service. HUB, as well as Faculty of Finance had planned a long - term strategy for building the high quality human resource through recruitment policy and send academics staff to prestigious domestic universities and advanced higher education countries such as: United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Netherlands, Germany, China, and more.

With a strong traditional foundation and a well-planned human resources development strategy, the faculty team at FOF – HUB continues to grow in both quantity and quality. As of the beginning of 2024, the department has 34 lecturers and staff, including 02 associate professors, 18 doctors, and 14 master's degree holders (with 09 currently pursuing PhD studies).

Our Faculty members are not only outstanding researchers in the field of finance, are experienced practitioners, policy and business consultants, and also dedicated educators who are actively involved in teaching and mentoring students.
