Introducing the Quality Assurance Activities of the Faculty of Finance
For the Faculty of Finance, quality assurance is a crucial activity. It not only helps the Faculty to improve and sustainably enhance its quality, but also contributes to affirming the Faculty's prestige and brand. It serves as a critical bridge for the Faculty to receive feedback, explain, and widely communicate the content and quality of its training programs to stakeholders, including management agencies, businesses, experts, lecturers, alumni, and students.
Recognizing the importance of this work, the Faculty has built a systematic and synchronous roadmap and plan for quality assurance. It implements these plans to ensure internal and external quality, such as building and operating a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standards and participating in program evaluation according to AUN-QA standards. In March 2019, the Faculty successfully conducted an external evaluation with the AUN-QA 3.0 standards. This is a significant step forward in the quality assurance activities of the Faculty in particular and the University in general.
After each self-assessment and external evaluation, the Faculty has accumulated valuable experience in all activities, from reviewing and building training programs to training and managing training activities; researching and managing scientific and technological activities; and serving and supporting learners. Based on that, the Faculty has a full basis to continuously improve the quality of its training programs.
